The Operations Research / Management Science Blog ( www.ormsblog.com ), established on Jan 12, 2008, is where I post articles relevant to Operations Research / Management Science (ORMS). Most of the articles will be my personal reviews of other ORMS articles (such as scholarly articles, news articles, magazine articles and even posts from other blogs). I will try to update this blog regularly and cover thoroughly different aspects of ORMS including its history, research, education, applications and future prospects to inform people who are already in the ORMS community about the latest innovations in the field and also introduce ORMS to people who have no idea what it is.

Birthplace: The beautiful city of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China.
Goals: To earn a Ph.D. degree in Operations Research / Management Science and work as a researcher or OR professional (or both).
